Booking process

What happens when you book a gas boiler service

  1. Pick a time Pick a date and a 3-hour window that suits you. We’ll do our best to accommodate your selected time. If it’s unavailable, we’ll give you a call to let you know. Then, on the Friday before your service, we'll text you a reminder. The day before your service, we'll call to confirm and make sure that someone will be home.
  2. During the visit Our team carry two forms of ID: an SSE Airtricity ID card, and a Registered Gas Installers (RGII) card. Once set up, they will do a 16-point safety check, including an inspection of the flue, ventilation, settings, water pressure and internal components.
  3. Certificate and payment We’ll provide you with an RGII certificate, and you can pay via cash, credit/debit card or bank draft. If any repairs are required, we’ll also give you a quote for the costs and arrange another appointment if needed.
